At the beginning of each year, just about everyone makes a goal to get healthier. I know I did. I was eating right, working out 5 days a week, drinking enough water etc. Eventually, I got sick or worked too late or whatever and was derailed.
But I don’t have to wait until the beginning of the year to make a vow to be heather. Each day is a brand new day and a new opportunity to be better.
Even though it may not be the most holistic approach, there is no better way for me to get more motivated to work out then to have a few new work out tops.
But these days, work out gear can be pretty expensive. I wanted to look good but not break the bank.
Enter H&M’s sportswear line. It’s affordable and cute. Perfect for my college girls and 20 something ladies trying to lose weight but keep the money. Scratch that. These clothes would be a great, affordable alternative for anyone that wants to look good while working it out.
