It’s a weird thing to be in isolation and feel so connected to the entire world at the same time.

Adventures look a little different right now but are nevertheless out there and there are ways to brighten each other’s days during dark times.

You could brighten someone’s day by:
⭐️Good ole FaceTime where you can chat, play a game, grab a drink, share a meal, watch a show, work out etc
⭐️Send them food through delivery
⭐️Share resources you’ve found helpful
⭐️Support businesses if you’re able by buying items or gift cards
⭐️Give your favorite creators some love. Tell them they have brightened your day. Read blog posts, like and comment on pictures, connect
⭐️Look on neighborhood apps or boards to see if anyone needs help like elderly people getting groceries or walking their dog
⭐️Post on your stories what you’re grateful for. Be that bright spot.

It’s easy to get caught up in negativity and what ifs in a time like this but God is Bigger than COVID-19.

God has been there always. He isn’t gone now. Give your worries and your fears to God. Be one of the stars shining in the dark.

Best part about quarantine life is how much time I get to spend with Scout🐶

Now more than ever Scout is serving as an emotional support pup. Between cuddles, playing fetch, learning new tricks, and taking walks, he is a huge reason why my sanity is still in place.
It’s times like these where I realize how many blessings I have. Not only do I have shelter and food but Scout, technology to communicate with loved ones, a job that I can work from home and am still getting paid, and a solid support system that spans the country.
It’s easy to think of all the ways things have gone wrong but I’m trying now more than ever to lean into the light.

Happy Pie Day!🍕 I don’t know any more about what’s going on than anyone else obviously but here’s what’s helped me so far: 🌈keeping up with my daily routine as much as possible and within healthy reason
🌈getting out of the house, even just for a walk in the rain
🌈hanging out with my friends...loneliness is real in times like this

New phone, who dis?☎️ No but seriously.
About a week ago I switched from my Galaxy to my very first iPhone. Let me tell you, as a millennial I’ve been surprised at how clunky I feel using it. So if you’ve got any iPhone tips, throw ‘em my way girl!

I’ve also been wiping my phone down constantly soooo it may be the cleanest iPhone in these here parts. Stay safe out there, kids.
